Pregnancy & Newborn

From pregnancy sleep to the fourth trimester — warm, grounded guides for the months just before and after your baby arrives.

The weeks on either side of birth are their own country. This section covers sleeping through the third trimester, and then the fourth trimester on the other side of it — the small, ordinary ways connection actually gets built in the first weeks, and hands-on ways to settle a fussy evening.

Nothing in this section expects a schedule. Newborn days are meant to look shapeless for a while — the rhythms arrive on their own, and the sleep and feeding sections are here for when they do.
