Sleep One-tap logging free · predictions & trends Pro

It learns when your baby is ready to sleep — and tells you before the crying starts.

Sleep windows, ahead of timePro
Nooma predicts your baby’s sleep windows — each nap and tonight’s bedtime — so you can plan the day around them.
Readiness, in the momentPro
Between windows, Nooma follows sleep pressure as it builds and shows where your baby is — rested, building, ready to settle — so you catch the easy moment when it arrives.
“Is this normal?” — answered at a glancePro
Your baby’s sleep next to what’s typical for their age. One glance, and you have your answer.
Two weeks of nights, in one picturePro
Watch the shape of it change: how the nights are lengthening, how naps are settling, and where your baby sits against what’s typical for their age.

Ask Nooma AI Pro+ AI tier

The questions you’d text a friend, if it weren’t the middle of the night.

It knows your baby’s dayAI
Answers start from what’s actually in the log — today’s feeds, that short nap, the week’s rhythm. Advice about your baby, not a general one.
A companion on the nursing timerAI
Long feeds have a lot of quiet minutes. Nooma’s companion sits right on the timer through them — ask whatever comes to mind, and it already knows which side, how long, and how the day has gone.
“Catch me up”AI
Your partner took the night shift? One ask when you wake and you know how it went — the feeds, the naps, all of it, without anyone having to retell the story.
Photograph the daycare sheetAI
Point your camera at the paper sheet and the day fills itself in — feeds, naps, diapers. You approve it before anything saves.

Nooma’s Ask screen: four suggested questions — how was last night, when’s the next nap, is feeding on track, diaper count today
Private by design

The AI helps with your baby’s day — without ever knowing who they are.

Everything you log lives on your phone and in your own iCloud, the same place your photos live. And when you ask Nooma a question, your family’s names and details are lifted out on your phone, before the question goes anywhere. Here is what that looks like:

What you ask

Sam has been up since 3 AM — is this normal?”

What the AI sees

A six-month-old has been up since 3 AM — is this normal?”

The answer comes back to your screen — the only place the name ever lives. Your questions aren’t used to train the AI, and sharing with your partner signs in through Apple, so we never hold a password or your real email. How privacy works ›

A note waiting for whoever’s nextPro
Leave a line for the person taking over — “Barely napped.” “Medicine at four.” — and it’s waiting on their home screen.
A brief for everyone else
The one afternoon your neighbor helps out, she doesn’t need an app: one tap writes a “Taking over?” brief from the log — last fed, asleep since when, what medicine — and you send it as a text. Free.

A plan for the day’s bottlesPro
Set the daily amount and how many feeds, and Nooma lays the day out for you — what’s due next, what’s left to go, and a reminder when a feed comes up. Miss one and it rebalances the rest of the day around it.

Log food the way you’d say it. Nooma knows the top nine allergens, tracks which ones your baby has met, and tells you how to introduce each one safely.
Solids, one new food at a timePro

How it works

What you log tonight becomes what you know tomorrow.

  1. 1

    You log what’s happening anyway.

A nap, a feed, a diaper — a few taps, one hand, while you’re holding someone. Logging is the part you already do; Nooma just makes it fast enough not to matter.

  2. 2

    Nooma learns your baby’s rhythm.

How long they stay happily awake, how the nights are going, the pace they’re setting. And if your baby arrived early, that’s accounted for everywhere — the windows, the charts, the milestones.

  3. 3

Then it tells you what’s likely next.

The next nap window. The bedtime that fits today. Which side you nursed last. And when it hasn’t seen enough to be sure, it tells you it’s still learning.

Wherever you are right now

Nooma meets you at the stage you’re actually in.

The first weeks

Survival, one feed at a time.

Feeds around the clock, hunger cues, diapers — logged in seconds at any hour. Every weight and length goes straight onto their own growth line, from day one.

Finding a rhythm

The first real shape to a day.

Wake windows learned from your own baby, the next nap and bedtime worked out for you, and first solids with the top nine allergens watched as you go.

On the move

Fewer naps, more firsts.

Dropping naps, milestones kept as memories, and a summary to bring to the well-child visit — Nooma follows your baby into the toddler years.

FAQ

Questions parents ask

Is Nooma free?
The things you use every day are free, with no card required: sleep with the pausable timer, nursing and bottles, diapers, growth on their own curve, the vaccine schedule, fever guidance, milestones, the handoff brief, and the vaccination record for daycare. Pro is for when you want Nooma to work things out — nap and bedtime predictions, trends, percentiles, solids and allergens, bottle planning, the widgets, and the report for the checkup. Nooma Pro+ AI adds someone to ask. Nooma Pro is $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year; Nooma Pro+ AI is $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year — and one subscription covers the household.
Do I need to make an account?
Not to use it. You install Nooma and start logging — no sign-up, no password, nothing about your family sitting in a database of ours. Sharing with your partner is the one thing that needs a sign-in, and it uses Sign in with Apple, so there is still no password to make, and Apple gives us only a relay address — your real email stays with you.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Everything you log saves on your phone straight away, so a basement, a plane or one bar of signal makes no difference — it catches up with your iCloud when you’re back. Asking Nooma a question is the one part that needs a connection.
Does it work for twins, or more than one child?
Yes, and it’s included. Each child gets their own everything — their own logs, predictions, growth chart and health record — and you switch between them from the home screen.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — Nooma is built for iPhone. We can’t promise a date for Android, but join the waitlist and we’ll tell you if that changes.
How is this different from the notes app, or any other tracker?
Most trackers hand you a chart. Nooma does the working-out: when the next nap is likely, which side you nursed last, what the percentile means in plain words. And when it hasn’t seen enough to be sure, it tells you it’s still learning.
What happens to my data if I stop using Nooma?
It stays yours. Everything you’ve logged is in your own iCloud, and downloading all of it is one tap in Settings — free, always.
When can I get it?
Very soon. The waitlist is the only sign-up there is right now — one email the day it opens, maybe two. In the meantime the library is free to read tonight.
